Great Customer Service
My original unit already had a lock on it but, the assistant over the phone was great in getting me to the another unit.. Thank you

Excellent deal, facilities below par.
The initial price is fantastic for those struggling, but there are large holes in the fences and people just sitting in their truck all hours of the night, not appearing to be at any unit at all.

Unit didnt work... but rectified.
Unit didnt work.... then confusion ensued! However, they did take care of the issues to my satisfaction.

Two days after I acquired the storage…
Two days after I acquired the storage unit, the front gate was dislodged and left open. I called on Friday night and Monday it was fixed. But, it was open for Saturday and Sunday, all day. Just sayin

awesome experience
Had no problem getting a unit. The gate at my location needs to be fixed though. It is stuck open
