Everything looked good
Everything looked good. Two suggestions: 1. Keep the gate locked at all times so you can't get in unless you have a code. 2. Every storage area I have rented from usually has a dumpster available to use. It is very handy.

The only part that was unsatisfactory…
The only part that was unsatisfactory was that I had signed a room for inside and downstairs. I got there and it ended up being upstairs which I couldn't do. The only other option was outside. Trying to figure out how to get into building etc wasn't easy but once I found and called number for you guys I had to call twice but both times phone was answered pretty quickly and both times the lady was extremely helpful and was able to solve all problems as quickly as she could.

The lady we spoke to was great and…
The lady we spoke to was great and helpful. The only issue was trying to padlock code. All in ALL a good experience. I would and will refer to others.

There would be ***** but my learning curve getting used to getting through all the requirements and etc. We are OK now.

I just leased a space for a quick…
I just leased a space for a quick temporary move. The web site was easy to make all the transactions on my phone, including signing and paying. Check out the lock size for the doors before you purchase. The first one did not fit.
