Access to the storage is around back…
Access to the storage is around back and it wasn't on the page. It's kind of difficult to push the carts up the hill and over the hump when loaded. Other than that it was very clean inside. The temperature was perfect and it was easy to find our unit. Also only enough room for 1 person in the halls so if someone is picking or unpacking a unit it's difficult to get by.

Hi Erica, Thank you for your review! We appreciate the feedback. Some tenants will park their vehicle on the back of the building to make it easier for loading and unloading items. The place is very nice but is one issue…
The place is very nice but is one issue if you have a problem it's no one to talk in person you have to pick the phone and call someone and most of the time the line is busy but once again it's very nice a place for the price

You were advertised as a overhead door…
You were advertised as a overhead door but instead it had a regular door

John, Thank you for your 4-star review. We do have overhead doors at that location, however, looking up your unit, that specific one is listed as outdoor access, but not with a roll-up door. I’m giving this 4 stars because the…
I’m giving this 4 stars because the customer service setting everything up for the unit was excellent and details were explained well. I knocked off a star because the unit was incredibly dirty and full of bugs and spiders. I had to clean it myself
