I was easily confused with the lock situation, but was promptly told how to use it in a nice manner. Very helpful

We have 2 units. Getting the rentals set up was easy and Andy has been great, very friendly and nice to work with. The prices are fair also. My problem, which I reported was with the terrible condition of the driving area around the units. We had to unload over a big hole filled with mud and water and the very large hole at the end of the lane jarred the moving truck so badly it almost hit the building and caused some glass breakage

It would be very helpful if the main door to the storage bldg. were wider for easier access to inside units. Otherwise, very satisfied with reservation and rental process (Caleb).

I would of given you 5 stars but I don't have power in my unit. Other than that I'm satisfied with my unit. Thank you.

Gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I’m at the Straight Street units. The roads to the units are rocks and full of holes which flood when it rains, very rough. The locks are very difficult to get numbers lined up just right to unlock and they are hard to relook, very frustrating.

Hi Laura, Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback on the facility conditions and the lock you received. We are in the process of completing the renovations at our Springfield IL facilities, including paving. However, our Maintenance Team is working diligently to ensure there are no potholes, and the aisles are as smooth as they can be until that's completed. Regarding the lock - this is the first we are hearing of these issues and would like the chance to make it right. We're happy to provide you with another lock complimentary to you so you won't have those issues. Please do not hesitate to reach out and we will work to get that to you as soon as possible. -Management

This was super simple to do online and I was able to RSVP my storage unit and confirm it and rent it all online! Can't say how easy it was I am 64 years old and I was able to do it with no problem. That was a good deal! Great great great deal.
