Unit wasn't cleaned recently
Unit wasn't cleaned recently. There's a gap at the top of the wall into the next unit. The side to the outside not fastened well.

At least for my sight
At least for my sight, even though it is outside, is not level, shrubs are overgrown, and a frequent location to collect trash and unused items people want to discard. Recently the rent was increased by just $4, but this is to no personal gain of mine.

I wish the price increases didn't…
I wish the price increases didn't happen as much but I am overall happy with my unit

Decent
Clean and secure, easy to work with call center. Lower rating due to change in access hours. I run a business and needed 24 hour access, That’s why I chose 10 federal storage in the first place, now my access has been restricted so it has caused a bit of an inconvenience.

Hi Dennis, Thank you for the positive feedback on the facility as we strive to provide clean and secure facilities for our customers. This is the main reason behind our decision to temporarily change the access hours at this facility. We want to ensure that all customer's items are safe throughout the later hours. However, we can assure you that the change is temporary while we tighten our security. We will be changing the hours back to 24-hours access in the New Year.
