The storage unit and location is great. Wasn't the size I really needed, but will make do with it. Overall it's a good, clean, and well secured place to store your belongings. There is only one issue I had and that is there are no security light for after dark. So come with flashlights or before dark.

Not everyone is computer literate.Applying unit on line is cumbersome.Lets have alternate route.

10 Federal has mastered the art of no-contact rentals. The process was seamless and pretty easy. They provide you with everything you need. I would have given them 5 stars but I discovered on the day I was to pay and start my service that my reservation had been cancelled right after Noon. Luckily I got off early to make the payment and gain access so my unit was still available when I called at 1:30. It was disappointing that my reservation was cancelled without first giving me a call. My confirmation email did not give me a deadline to make the payment, it just said it was due 9/24. They cancelled it on 9/24 at noon and I went to pay and gain access at 1:30 only to discover my account login was not active. The representative was able to remedy the situation very quickly and we continued the process without issue.

Clean and easily accessible. They provide a lock so savings there as well as reasonable rental fee. No carts or dolly to help with the move so plan to make a bunch of trips, or rent one somewhere else. I signed up online and checked in without ever seeing an employee.

Exit keypad is illegible. Combination to open existing lock on unit did not work but a call to the help line number (Sabastian?) quickly remedied the problem. No other issues renting the unit.
