Harvey, Thank you for your review. Our maintenance tech does a great job keeping that property clean. You may have been there while we were doing a large project and removing items from many units left by the previous owners. Our technician may have been on a trip to the landfill at the time you were on the property. As for the gate, that location keeps the gate open from 8am until 6pm for safety purposes due to the placement of the keypad to enter. Tenants would be in the way of oncoming traffic, otherwise, during the busier times during the day. Hi Lisa Di. LuLuD, We apologize that your experience was less than satisfactory. I have been trying to locate you in our system but can't find a tenant with your information. Please know we have an advanced in-house technology team who is in the process of building out our website; it is currently in the beta stage if you're familiar with that term. We will have our new website live shortly, but in the meantime all features for our tenant portals are working properly. We've done an in-house test but aren't seeing any issues at this time with bill pay or any other features. As technology can be extremely useful and advanced, it is inevitable for minor glitches to occur over time. However, we can assure you we work diligently to ensure that our tenants are able to do everything with their accounts in the meantime. We're glad to know you found our facilities to be very nice and clean - we pride ourselves on keeping the facilities safe and secure for our tenants. Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your experience has been less than satisfactory. We also apologize for the Davinci lock not being on your unit when you arrived. If you'd still like that we are more than happy to provide one to you at no charge and you can keep you personal lock. You can always contact the call center for a unit transfer. Hi Audrey, We sincerely apologize for your experience thus far. Our facilities are fully automated; in order to ensure a clean and secure storage unit we lock all vacant units with a Davinci lock. Upon moving into a unit, the unique code to the lock is sent so you may be able to remove the lock once you arrive without needing to call-in. We are disappointed to hear that may have not been the case for you. In hope of making it right - we have added a credit to your account for the month of May.
