Attentive
Fast, friendly service. Very attentive to my needs. I had a very minor issue (fire ants near the building) which they corrected immediately. I highly recommend.

Excellent excellent customer service
Excellent excellent customer service. The first person who I dealt with stayed on the phone with me for at least 15 minutes until I was able to get the lock and door open on the third unit that I tried. The person who I dealt with the next day was very helpful about electronic signature. I am 70 and needed some extra help.
