No working camera’s

Hi Jackie, We apologize for your experience as we highly value our customer's opinions. While we are an automated facility, we do have on-site camera surveillance. We have also been working to provide additional security for our customers which is the reason behind the temporary change in access hours. I can't ever get into my unit without having to use the RV entrance.
I can never get into my unit without using the RV storage entrance because the keypad to get into the front of the building at the Trinity, NC location has been broken since July. They said that they'd have someone go out and fix it, but as of today, nothing's been done. I get that their prices are low. But if I can't access my unit, what's the point of renting the unit in the first place? I recommend U-Haul UBox instead of these dead-beats.

When they first took over
When they first took over, I needed my door fixed. That was in August of 2018 and It didnt get fixed till February of 2017. And since they took over my payments have been so flexible mostly high then low for a few months. It is very aggravating.
