Over all I would have given A+ 5 stars…
Over all I would have given A+ 5 stars but I spend more time trying to get in the gate and exiting then I spend in storage. Please fix the gate, I choose your facility for the extra security and its just not there.

Pot holes. No locks. Dirty.
Storage units needed blowing out due to dust and dirt, locks were missing on one unit and I had to buy my own, big pot holes made it hard to drive thru the lot. Glad maintenance is scheduled for the lot soon but it was really bad. Grateful for the large sized units. Good value for the price. Convenient location.

I had a hard time getting through and…
I had a hard time getting through and on my first call I was not told about a waiting list. My second call told me about a waiting list and that I would get a call when a unit was available but I never did but I found one online. I made a call to customer service regarding the davinci lock because it was not spelled out on the lease and was able to get the info I needed fairly quickly but I think that should be spelled out on the lease.

The facility is fine
The facility is fine, however the way the lock system is done is not efficient. there is a lock provided by the storage facility, with a serial #. You put the #into a website and the lock code is to be provided. This would be great, however it doesn't work. This is the second time the serial # is not recognized by the system and therefore no code can be provided... and of course this all happens during off hours and there is no customer service. When you are relying on the storage unit that day, it makes things a little tough.

We provide a DaVinci Lock to each tenant upon move-in. The overall feedback is how reliable, sturdy, and secure, our locks are which has been designed with tenant safety and automation in mind. However, it seems that this was not your impression of the lock. My review is based on the fact that…
My review is based on the fact that they did not notify me at all when rates were raised. How do I know what else they aren't notifying me about? I don't live in that state so can't check on it in person unless I am visiting. I shouldn't have found out by checking my bank statement. I hope service gets better or I am making move out a priority. Not thrilled with the new company at this point. Edit since I'm unable to respond to the company. I know my email works because I sure do get my invoices. I have not recieved any other correspondence from this company since change over when they started charging me for insurance on my unit.

Your rental rate increased by $7 on 3/1/21, and we show a rate change notice was emailed to you on 1/30/21. We always send notice of any increases more than 30-days prior. Cancellation
Storage unit was cancelled after it had been renewed and I twice tried to pay for the full amount. At the time of the cancellation, I was in the hospital, a simple courtesy phone call would have been sufficient to have the unit paid for, now I am forced to have 2 smaller unit at a higher price. Imagine how that could happen. I'm very disappointed that a courtesy call could not have been made.

Michael, Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with our reservation system. Our reservations are held for 10-days. You are able to make a payment and secure your unit at any time before the ending date provided. We typically communicate these guidelines with all customers but we do apologize again if the information was not relayed properly. Provided that tenants can move in on their own, it is not guaranteed that the unit will remain available once the reservation expires. After researching your account we had extended your reservation request twice, and provided you with a reminder email that included your move in documentation. The service attendant was awesome
The service attendant was awesome. His professionalim and knowledge of the process were amazing. The storage itself was dirty and crawling with lizards and spiders

Hi Robert, We apologize for any inconvenience. We would also like to thank you for bringing this up to our attention. Issues with the lock rarely happen. When these issues do arise, all you will have to do is place a work order for maintenance to replace your lock. It is actually a straightforward fix.
