Sung, We are sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your experience. We do have occasional price increases when the rates are not at the market rate and quite often still fall below the market rate. This is a standard practice in the rental industry. We also send out notice that this will take place well in advance. We would like to find out more information. If you are interested in providing that, please call our customer support center and ask to be put in touch with an account manager. We do see that you have two current units and look forward to your continued business! Thank you, -10 Federal Management-

Hi Cheryl, We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced during move-in. This is not how we typically handle our customer requests and we can assure you that we will be looking into it with our Customer Care team. We've just reviewed your account and refunded you the amount you spent on move-in. We also apologize for the Davinci lock not being on your unit when you arrived. If you'd still like that we are more than happy to provide one to you at no charge and you can keep you personal lock. Either way, we hope that this will help to make things right. We're looking forward to your continued business and thank you in advance for your understanding. Please do not hesitate to reach out for anything you may need. -Management

Hi Torie, We apologize for the experience you've had. This is extremely disappointing to hear; we can assure you we will be looking into it from our end. Our facilities are fully automated, although you shouldn't have to do anything with your move-in twice. Once you complete the online move-in everything (including the unlock code for your unit) is emailed to you right away so you will have access to your unit by the time you arrive. It seems that this did not happen for you; we are looking into what happened from our end. Our kiosk office is intended to show the sizing of units through our model area, move-in through the kiosk, or return Davinci locks. We do have tenant offices which share walls with the kiosk office. After speaking with our maintenance team, we believe this may be what you heard when arriving. Nonetheless - we sincerely apologize that your experience has been less than satisfactory so far and we hope to have the chance to make it right. Please do not hesitate to reach out for anything you may need. -Management

Hi Tabatha, We apologize for your experience. We have not raised our rental rates for this facility in quite some time. Please contact our Call Center right away to discuss your account if you are seeing the rates change, as there may be an unrelated charge showing. Additionally, we have worked to keep the facility a clean and safe place to store your belongings. If you feel that this is not the case we would love to hear more from you so we can assure it is looked into and corrected. Thank you for your continued business. -Management

Hi Dietrich, We apologize that you feel you have been treated unfairly. We highly value the opinion of our customers. I checked your account to gain a better understanding of what occurred. It seems that we had not received payment for over two months. Per the NC storage laws, accounts are considered eligible for auction by day 21 of non-payment. It seems that we sent multiple notices to you over those two months regarding the late status of the account, and the possibility of an auction, as we wanted to ensure that you didn't lose your belongings. However, we do apologize that you feel there was a misunderstanding. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Call Center at anytime to discuss your account and how we can help. Thank you. -Management
