Great storage facility. It was easy to move in!

I found the very best price for the size unit I needed at this location after two day of searching. I spoke briefly with Austin over the phone when I misplaced my lock combination (which I later found saved on my phone). Austin was so polite, professional, and patiently waited until I opened the lock. The whole process was simple and seamless from start to finish. I will definitely refer this place to my friends and family.

I had a little problem with the move in but the person on the phone was very helpful and pleasant and friendly to speak with and was able to set everything up in no time.

This was my first experience renting a storage unit. The help I got over the phone was amazing. When one location did not have units available for me, the customer service rep helped me find a nearby location. She explained the insurance options, the monthly rental costs, everything. We were able to complete this over the phone. It was easy. I came away with access codes to a unit that I am looking forward to visiting this week.
