Bait & switch?
So I called on ~4/16 to reserve a unit for 6/1 and was told they could reserve it but the reservation would expire in 10 days if I did not call to reconfirm. On 4/25, I called again & was told the unit was reserved and I should call again on 4/30. I called on 4/29 and surprise! no units at the price I had reserved, "a glitch in the system" ended my reservation early I tuff luck, the only unit available was $16.00 more/month and not $4 for the mandatory insurance, but $4.99. Unfortunately, I was not at liberty to decline. The service rep was very nice, but unable to change anything. In reading other reviews, the "glitch" (which seems to work in their favor) seems to occur a little too often. Wow, the TrustPilot agreement required to post this is off putting, but I'll go ahead as others should be aware of the "glitch".

Hello Rob, Thank you for your review. We apologize for the issues you may have experienced as this is not how we like to handle an incident with our customer. We're trying to locate your information in the system to research what may have occurred, but cannot locate you based on the information provided in this review. If you would kindly reach back out to us we would like the chance to make it right. This is the first we are hearing of this system "glitch", so again we apologize as we never want our customers to feel this way. Regarding our Indemnity Waiver Program (protection plan), this is listed in our lease agreement as being mandatory if the tenant does not have private insurance coverage. We have this regulation in place solely to protect our tenants and their belongings should the unforeseen occur. The rates for our coverage options are very competitive. However, if you have private insurance that will cover your belongings, please reach out to provide us with a copy of your declaration page so we can adjust your account accordingly. TrustPilot is a third-party software that we use to encourage tenants to leave their honest reviews after moving-in or moving-out. We cannot speak to their agreement when leaving a review but I can assure you this service typically protects the reviewer once they're validated as a customer. Again, we hope that you reach out to us soon so we can further discuss. Thank you for your business; looking forward to speaking with you. -Management
