This is our first time dealing with a storage company. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Even the next day when my husband locked himself in the building. They got him out. Everyone has been really good to us.

We recently moved from Pa to GA. Reserved a unit online and for the most part quick and streamlined. Upon arriving, quick and easy access to the facility due to all entry codes given at reservation. We soon realized one unit would not be enough for all our stuff so as we stood in the baking sun with a truck half empty I called for a second unit…the woman was very patient as I had a meltdown and we had our second unit quickly. Thx!!!

Felt a little uncomfortable in the area where the computer was because several people were outside watching. Other than that it was very easy to use. I felt the storage facility was very secure.
