Robert, Thank you for your feedback! After looking into your account it appears that delinquency seems to be a reoccurring theme, with months of no payments in between. It looks like we have had good communication, however there are procedures we must follow as a business. If you feel that your unit has been burglarized, please reach out for information on how to make a claim through the coverage provider. -Management

Kari, We apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused, Tenants were notified 9/16 that an emergency vendor had to access units in which we had to cut locks and replace them. We did, offer those affected a credit on their account. After reviewing your account you should have received your credit by now, not, please reach out to our call center so we can address it. David, We are sorry this has been your experience, several notices and attempts were made contact you beginning in July 2020, as you were not parked in your designated parking space. Unfortunately this was a breach of your lease, and was considered an abandoned vehicle. If you have any other question or concerns please feel reach to reach out to the call center. -Management

Hello Kathryn, We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. I have checked into your account to gain a better understanding of what occurred. I see that you were charged a late fee because a payment hadn't been made since the beginning of August. Nonetheless, it looks like our Customer Care team removed all previous lien and late charges that were added for non-payment. We did increase your rental rate as this will happen once per year if your rate is far below market rate, in order to meet the facility demands. We generally don't increase the rate much when we do. I show that your rate was increased to $97; however, you also have the protection plan on your account for $4.99 which brings you to just over $101 as you mentioned in your review. Please understand that all tenants are required to provide proof of private insurance or they will be enrolled in the protection plan to ensure your belongings are kept safe (listed in your lease agreement for reference). I also show that a detailed invoice l is emailed to you monthly prior to the next payment due. Please be sure all information on file is current so you will receive anything sent to you. I see that we've spoken with you several times so we are happy to discuss further if needed. We hope this helps to provide clarity to your bill. Hello Mr. English: We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced when attempting to move-in to your unit. I've gone ahead and credited your account for the amount you paid on move-in due to no access. We also show that you'd like to close out your account. Someone from our team will reach out asap to discuss and see how we can make it right. We've reviewed your account to gain a better understanding of what occurred. We do not see where our gate had technical issues. Our maintenance team visits the facility on a weekly basis, and our Call Center team visits it daily. We are not aware of any gate issues that have occurred to prevent access at this time. However, we can assure you we will continue to look into this to be certain there isn't an issue elsewhere.
