Hi Kim, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have been short-staffed these last couple of weeks. We are back at total capacity and will be closing out work orders faster this week. We were able to credit your account for the days you were unable to access your unit. Hi Lori, We apologize for the inconveniences you may have experienced. We work as fast as possible to get the gates up and running when a gate goes down. Unfortunately, the vendor had to order a gate part that took longer than expected to arrive, and we repaired it once said part came.  We can assure you that 10 Federal Self Storage works with all local authorities and detectives to provide anything the authorities need. We understand that crime has no address, but we fully cooperate with authorities to ensure our tenants and their belongings are safe.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Customer Care. Judson, We do see that you moved in at on November 30th and paid the prorated amount for one day. December started a new month and rent is due on the 1st of each month, we do allow a grace period until the 5th of each month before your account is considered late. Looking at your account your payment wasn't made until today which is why there was a late fee added on to your account. We do offer auto-payments as well which you can opt into from your account page so that your payments will come out on time each month on the 1st. -10 Federal Management

Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I researched your account and I see where there may be some confusion. This facility offers prorated rent at move in, and a promotion of your first full month of rent free. Rents are not prorated at move out. It does not appear that our customer support division was aware in advance that you would be moving out of your storage unit. According to the lease contract, rents are due in full on the first of each month and are considered late by the 6th of the month. The agents in our customer support division are not authorized to take action that is not within the bounds of the lease contract, so they would not have been able to prorate the rent as you asked. Devon, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. After investigating these claims it was found that there was no blood anywhere on the property. We also did not find any broken locks. If you have any details or pictures please provide them to us so that we may look into this further. -Management
