It was easy to rent the unit!
It was easy to rent the unit. After I paid for it, I discovered a code for a first month free. I messaged the company and they’re honoring the promotion ! Very happy with the entire process.

I’ve received great customer service…
I’ve received great customer service both on the phone and at the storage location. Each time I’ve called the person answering the phone was knowledgeable and courteous. At the storage location the gentleman was very courteous and kind offering to help me find my storage unit.
