Hey Alina! 💕 I understand you showed Trustpilot proof of purchase, however that doesn't help us fix any issues directly with you. I will address your concerns, it appears that the removal of the lashes was not conducted correctly. Our remover does not pull lashes, it sits on the lashes to soften the glue until it is dissolved and which time you can gently slide them off. Failure to wait for the remover to soften the glue and pulling on them will pull your own lashes. I'm sorry you had this issue that is why we are available 24/7 so that customers can reach us at anytime for assistance. In addition there are videos on our web sites on the proper removal in addition to our written and illustrated instructions.
