I LOVED how these looked. they lasted around 8 days for me and I got so many compliments on them! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the removal process. It took me over an hour to remove them and the glue remover burned my eyes SOO bad- I was both tearing up from the burning and crying because of the pain lol I’m not sure if it’s just me because I have really sensitive eyes? But if the glue and remover didn’t burn so bad, I would wear these lashes all the time!!!

Customer service is amazing but the product is not. I’m upset I wasted money on these. They do not work. I followed the exact direction on 3 different occasions and the lashes fell off over night. I slept with a lash extension eye mask on too.

Got the starter kit with the Hypoallergenic glue + light glam set. Just a note to anyone buying from CA, it will take some time for this package to get to you due to COVID, but their customer service is on point with making sure that I received my package and checked in frequently to ensure I was happy. The products themselves were OK. I love the tweezers it came with as it was great for precision application. The glue is easy to use, but as with most reviews, it gets sticky VERY fast. I got the light glam set and with my sparse lashes, it was still too heavy. Because of this, the lashes only lasted for about 3 days (zero touching or going to the gym). I opted to use other lashes that were lighter and had an invisible band and it worked a little better (lasted about 6 days). I wish somewhere on the site indicated that you don't need the adhesive remover. For the hypoallergenic ones, you do not require it. I spent extra on this and I can't get a refund...a waste of money there. Because the adhesive is so tacky, I wish that 10-day lashes made a sealant to get rid of the stickiness. If a towel accidentally grazed my eyelashes, the adhesive would catch all the fluff and make my eyelashes look dirty and gross. Overall, it's a great glue and amazing customer service...but if you don't like super heavy eyelashes, don't get set and just get the glue.

The product was a bit misleading for me. I was under the assumption that I would receive three pair of lashes from the ads and website. I received one. I purchased the mister - was not aware I needed to purchase the mineral oil for it (thought it would come with some for the first order of the mister). The glue made the lashes and natural lashes very rough. I didn’t even bother to try to apply lashes to my other eye.The remover did not help with removing my lashes and I lost some of my natural lashes removing the lashes, even when using the remover as instructed.

I did everything as instructed and the lashes only lasted 2 days. I got the light glam lashes and they looked terrible in person, almost frayed looking. The glue and gel remover barely come with any product in it. Disappointed 😔

My initial experience was good. Opened the box to find the supplies wrapped in nice bag, and everything looked really pretty. Then after that, it wasn’t as great as I had hoped.. These are my negatives, keeping in my mind that some others may be more educated or experienced than me.... 1. The kit didn’t come with the eyelash curler like how it appears it does in the video. Not a big deal, I assumed it did but, I also didn’t read what came with the kit- that’s on me. 2. The glue container is awful and doesn’t allow hardly anything to come out, even with squeezing it like crazy. I got too frustrated and took it apart to get the glue out. 3. It was A LOT harder than it looked to put the lashes on. It took me forever to get them on. 4. The adhesive remover felt very drying and left a white residue on my skin. I did wash the areas afterwards and the white residue was gone, but I didn’t like that it almost felt like acetone near my eye. 5. Taking them off was also harder than it looked. Like I said in the above comment, the remover feels like harsh chemicals. It stung quite a bit when the fumes hit my eye during the removal process. To take them off gently, I followed the instructions and removed them with the brushes it came with, it just stung from the fumes. What I did like: 1. The cost. Way cheaper than going to have them done. 2. The presentation- it looked like a pretty, pink and classy present. 3. They do stay on pretty good, I think mine lasted about 7 or 8 days before they looked kind of haggard and needed removing. 4. The look. They look pretty nice considering I did them myself. I gave 3 stars, because overall I did like them, I just really didn’t like the adhesive remover, and how difficult it was to get the glue out. The other things I didn’t like, could be because of user error.
