Oh, Tara! 💕 Thank you, gorgeous! 😍 (brb showing everyone at the office this to remind them we’re still killing it over here in customer service! 😂) We’re so glad you had a great experience! Make sure you join the subscription auto-refill program if you haven’t already! It’s a massive time saver, imho! Stay beautiful! 💕

My lashes only lasted a short time of two days and there’s no refund policy if the product doesn’t work for you. They offer a discount for a consultation, replacement of lashes and more training. Completely dissatisfied. Idk about the 30 day guarantee seems like they covered everything but what’s cover under the money back guarantee.

Tehla,, I'm sorry you have issues with the longevity of the lashes please provide us with your Invoice number so we can take care of you. What you are describing is the results of improper application and/or maintenance, that is why we would offer you a one on one to help you.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my product.. I heard a response from the company very quickly about this, but it's unacceptable. Will not be a returning customer no matter how much I like the product if I actually get it...

I’m a licensed cosmetologist and have been doing lashes forever. I love these because they are for more sensitive eyes and cruelty free. I will say the glue was definitely sensitive eye friendly though . It didn’t bother me at all and most lash glues do.

Hey Court! 💕 Just following up on your review because we’d love to sort this out and help you with the application so they stay on longer. We know what a bummer that must have been and we offer one-on-one assistance with our in-house lash experts to make sure everything is applied properly and secure. As a licensed cosmetologist you understand that each product although performing the same function has to be applied differently. Just let us know your order number and we will do our best to fix this and get our lashes working for you. 💕

I liked many more eyelashes, the material, the texture and the glue are excellent, it adapted to any type of eyes and they are easy to glue. I really loved them!
