INCREDIBLE SUPPORT THANK YOU JEMIMA I had charges on my credit card from 101Domain. We are a tech business so it seemed right but I'd never heard of them. Jemima spent about 45 minutes on livechat with me and went above and beyond to find out if I had been billed by them, how much, and eventually work out that they manage the nic.io domain registrar and get access. I HIGHLY recommend this company for having such good support.

I had a great customer experience and wanted to share it
I have used 101 Domains for about 3-4 years and the customer service ticketing is pretty solid. I recently had a domain auto-renew and I didn’t realise until the funds were debited from my card that it was on auto-renew. Basically, it was my fault. I contacted customer service with low expectation of a refund, and to my immense surprise they processed a refund - with some caveats - but a refund went back on my card last week I am a fan !
