Scam alert!!!
On 17 Aug 2020, I purchased a domain via 101domain.com. Up till now, it is still pending approval (and is still available for purchase in the market). I have contacted them twice with regard to this issue, but no one responded to my query. Terrible service! Do not buy anything from them!

Slow service
I have purchased domain services from other providers before and I am able to start building my website right away. I purchased a domain service from 101Domain 6 days ago, I still can't use my domain and yesterday I received a message saying it could take up to 7 days more. I wouldn't recommend a service that takes this long. Update: The domain was finally made available on 29-Jul-20, so 14 days in total.

Hi Alexander, as you may know, 101domain.com offers an extensive selection of top-level domains other registrars do not. Many of these are country code domains like the .com.pa domain you registered. The time frame for .com.pa domains is 7 days, however, you need to submit the required documentation in order to begin the process. You will experience this wait time with any registrar that offers .com.pa. We have no control over this, it is the practice of the Panama registrar and not 101domain. The longer you take to provide us with your required documents or your purchase of Trustee Service, the longer registration will take. Although we do not feel as though this experience is a fair representation of our company, we hope we can make it up to you with the factors we can control such as our exceptional support and service. my.101domain.com/ ... it's completely fake.... they are service is too bad and they're called service and support center is so rude... I transfer my domain to my.101domain.com on 15 July, before that my domain is fully ok after transferring the domain DNS is not working in Sweden .. my client company is in Sweden. then 101domain said to transfer the hosting to there hosting server but after that, it is the same its not working in Sweden and also some other countries. every time there support center start taking from the start .. 1st they said my hosting server problem now they said it's my pc cash problem .. but we try it with lots of computers and divides also with 3g and wifi it's not working ... my client is so angry with me... know i want to transfer my domain to other domain provider but now the 101.domain support is not supported me ... if anyone know any solutions how to complain about domain providers ... is there any international domain Association

However, this domain is currently showing as "withdrawn" which we believe means it may become available soon. Not all registries operate the same and because of this, we are sometimes unable to connect to a registry properly. This can lead to incorrect search results, as you have experienced with your recent purchase of villanymotor.hu. It's common for country-code domains to have longer activation times, especially during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. If you provide us with your domain we can look into the issue further to ensure there is no particular reason for the delay. Some domains even require documents before they can be activated. Purchased domain still available to purchase !!!
I opened the account , I registered .com.sa domain and i paid and payment successful and deducted from my bank . when I checked again if this domain is available to purchase , it shows yes !!!!!!. well i already purchased it , means it should show not available right !!!

All .com.sa domains require the following documents: 1. A letter on the official letterhead of your organization addressed to SaudiNIC requesting the domain name registration is also required. 2. Saudi national identification card OR equivalent document issued by the Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia. Worst experience of my life!
Worst experience of my life! Paid for my domain on it's due date. Then get told the next day that there is a 2000USD redemption fee cause it is paid late. After a week of arguing, I eventually pay the redemption fee. They state that their specialist is waiting for the payment so that they can get it back up. Now they tell me after payment, 48 hours wait An absolute fraud and terrible service rating. I'd go negative if I could! Just to add to this. I got told that they are waiting for the payment so that they can urgently action and get domain up. After payment, I then get told 48 hours till it is up again... Took them 5 days to get the domain back online. Great to know the urgency when someone accepts a bill of 2000USD for their incompetence. Avoid them at all costs. You are bound to run in to trouble and they are more expensive than the others

Hi Anthony, We understand your frustration in this matter. The redemption fee for .mu domain is extremely steep. We just want to reiterate that this fee is not set by 101domain but by the .mu registry. Since your domain was paid late they charged this fee. This is why we highly recommend using our auto-renew feature to ensure you never have to worry about losing your domain or paying a fee such as this one. You can set up auto-renew inside your account. We are currently advocating your situation with the .mu registry to see if there is anything they can do. Best regards, 101domain

Delete my acc!!!
Listen... I didn’t pay for my ex domain uncledance.com I sent a message to someone from your company and asked him to delete my acc... So, now I gonna ask one more time... PLEASE delete my acc and don’t send me spam anymore! I loose my acc! I didnt pay on time and it is not belong to me anymore! Thank you!
