Transferring domain and emails is a little tricky. Your team was not only very helpful, very patient, but also very competent. Chris M helped me yesterday evening and was excellent. Today Jemima K helped and was fantastic. What an awesome team and it makes me even sadder to be hopping over to an alternative domain host (a non-Google platform). I wish both Jemima K and Chris M the very best. Many thanks indeed for helping me out of a fix.

We lost track of where and who owned our domain name when suddenly we couldn't get email or look at our website. I called the emergency number and within a 1/2 hour Lauren called me back and resolved the issue and we are back up. Best customer service I've had in quite a while!
