Lost two factor now im lost...
Got a .sh domain moved from nic.sh as they transferred their business to 101domain. Few days ago I got a email about a ticket, couldn't login because lost my two factor (new mobile phone). Submitted my question about the lost two factor on the website contact form. Got a response few days later that I need to email passport or drivers license and "the last 2 transactions". I send them my drivers license and what ever they call "last 2 transactions" screenshots and never heard anything from them... even when asking what's the status and if they need anything else. So I have I domain I cannot manage and a open ticket about I have no idea... that's not what I call good customer support.

Hi Wolfgang, Thank you for your patience in this matter. Our primary method of resetting two factor authentication is verifying the answer to your security questions over the phone. If you opt not to do this, we do request further information to verify you. Account security is our primary concern. However, someone from our support team dropped the ball in not responding to your email and we have addressed this with that team member directly. We see our team has since corrected the issue and you have access to your account. We apologize this was your first experience with us but your feedback helps us improve and we hope that you will see that moving forward. Best regards, 101domain
