I worked with a Cheney D because I had issues registering my domain using A records and CNAMEs, and they were literally instant with their chat support. Cheney explained how the whole process works in regards to the DNS servers, redundancy, and SSL certificates. They even told me that I bought an extra SSL service that I didn't need and helped me with the refund. Would highly recommend

Awesome as always
101domain is my goto spot for unique/international domains. Customer service helped me with a tricky transfer which they're UI didn't support. Not only do they have the most reasonable pricing, they have kickass customer service.
