Not helpful at all
Not helpful at all. Cannot do anything per requested. Planning to move to another provider e.g. Google Domain because of lack of support and unreasonable reason given due to unreasonable redemption fee (10x more than registration fee itself). Should have been providing more helpful actions and responses. If live support cannot help anything and always asks to open a ticket, it's better not to have one.
