Heard lots about COAST on Pulsechain but never used it up until today and it was super simple and super easy. A quick registration took a few minutes and was approved within an 30 minutes. Then a simple bank transfer from Europe / Revolut to Coast was completed within a few hours. I received a welcome email updating me where my funds were through the whole process which was really reassuring and then within a few hours (bear in mind this is a global service that operate across different time zones), my funds had arrived. Then with some fresh USD in my account, I easily minted some CST (this is COAST’s stable coin), that was transferred directly into my wallet. Then I could easily swap this in the COAST Dashboard / interface for a variety of tokens n Pulsechain or just connect my wallet to PulseX dex. All in all, the customer services was on point and made me feel totally safe and relaxed across the whole process. And big up to Stoic0x who answered my support requests more or less instantly. This website does not work for people from Texas. You are not allowed to mint the stable coins and when you try to use their built in swap it simply fails with no way for the user to clear the swap without getting on line with support. I mentioned to the owner that they should put a warning message that the application is basically unusable for people from Texas and he responded with "Where should I put that?". Update: I've always liked the concept of helping customers when they face problems. I really don't see anything wrong with expecting to be able to get my money into the crypto network after 4 days of trying unsuccessfully due to problems with your company website. I guess not everyone values customer service. Stoic0x sent me a link my Trustpilot review in the support chat and then deleted my 0xcoast account a few minutes later.
