Maybe because I´m situated in Germany. Pulsechain onramping is easy and cheap. Offramping Pulse you´ll first have to swap from PLS to wrapped PLS. Then things got complicated.
First offramped to the amount of 10USD, went fast and easy. After that same day offramping fourty times the ammount.
Transaction approved in my wallet, but Pending on OxCoast. For more than 24hrs.
The online chat was helpfull up to that point, but after the transaction everything silenced, except for asking me why it´s taking so long.
Now I´m looking for another provider. Don´t forget, I´m talking about money, my money. That´s not a question of trusting. Either you do your job or not. You choose.

Extremely Dissappointed
Funds sent on Saturday and cleared on the account on Wednesday, only after sending an email.
Customer service didnt seem understanding, friendly or apologetic, they're a disgrace.
Initial fees for exchanging cash to crypto are high and you need to buy and lock up their coin to get lower fees. This exchange is a fee and customer robbery pit, if you buy their coin and lock it up, you pay 1.5% fee on buying there coin. When you decide you want to not hold their coin to get lower fee, they charge you 5.25% when you exist their CST coin.
The UI is dated and seems old, you have to click a button, to get a price, when you want to trade.
Today, no exchange, especially on Pulsechain should take over 100 hours to clear funds and then be rude about it.
High fees, a dated UI, rude customer service. Im surprised all the other reviews are 5 and 4 stars. Maybe they are fake reviews or completed by family and friends.
I was excited to join, after reading the reviews on Trustpilot, but disappointed when my funds took too long to clear and then received a cold, unfriendly email back, which didnt answer, all my questions.
The website doesnt state or have the ability to know, the total amounts of how much money you have sent into the exchange.
How can a new exchange, not have basic functionality like most decent exchanges, think Kraken.
