Ordered a product, they didn't ship it for 2 weeks, and then I was promised a resolution by their sales manager and it wasn't fulfilled. They simply held my money for no reason for over 2 weeks and never shipped the product. Yes, I ended up getting a refund but wasted 2 weeks in the process and lots of emails back and forth. Do not purchase from 034Motorsports if you want to have a good customer experience. Trust me.

I bought an item that said in stock for almost 400$ after two weeks and 5 emails without any response or update on shipping i was messaged back and told it was out of stock and this has been an issue with there website. No phone number to call or real person to talk to without waiting days or weeks. i had to get a refund and order from someone els, not impressed!!

034 is NOT TO BE TRUSTED they have been lying to customers and bypassing safety features to try and compete with jackal they aren’t safe anymore aren’t reliable they lie and don’t respond in customer service don’t use 034 any tune IE APR or jackal is better more reliable and you are getting better customer service too don’t waste time with them.
