I ordered some parts, and one was backorder for awhile, i did reach out, and it was fixed very quick, and at my door in less then a few days. Great Quality, and Customer Service

It took 11 days for a 034 representative to get back to me to answer my questions.I am assuming it is not his fault but a company that refuses to invest in a proper number of support representatives. Many reviews going back years mention this frustrating issue. The tune itself is very good. I recommend their tunes but just know it is going to be difficult to get a hold of anyone and it will be many days before they get back to you. The representative that did finally reach out to me was helpful and polite though.

Ordered a product, they didn't ship it for 2 weeks, and then I was promised a resolution by their sales manager and it wasn't fulfilled. They simply held my money for no reason for over 2 weeks and never shipped the product. Yes, I ended up getting a refund but wasted 2 weeks in the process and lots of emails back and forth. Do not purchase from 034Motorsports if you want to have a good customer experience. Trust me.

I bought an item that said in stock for almost 400$ after two weeks and 5 emails without any response or update on shipping i was messaged back and told it was out of stock and this has been an issue with there website. No phone number to call or real person to talk to without waiting days or weeks. i had to get a refund and order from someone els, not impressed!!

Had a great experience with 034Motorsport support while sorting out an issue with my Stage 1 ECU flashing dongle. The dongle unfortunately arrived faulty and was stuck in a USB disconnect loop with no LEDs or Bluetooth functionality. After going through troubleshooting with support, Scott was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. His communication was fast, professional, and genuinely reassuring instead of just sending generic copy-and-paste responses. Once the issue was confirmed, they arranged a warranty replacement quickly and kept everything straightforward and stress-free. Now that the Stage 1 map is finally installed on my Audi S5 B9, I can honestly say the car feels completely transformed. The power delivery is incredibly smooth and strong, the gearbox behaviour is massively improved, and the gear shifts are now sharp and seamless with no hesitation at all. I genuinely wasn’t expecting the throttle response improvements to make such a noticeable difference either. The car actually feels more refined and comfortable to drive normally, while still pulling much harder when you put your foot down. Exactly the kind of OEM+ performance upgrade I was hoping for. Huge thanks again to Scott and the 034Motorsport team for the excellent support and product quality.

034 is NOT TO BE TRUSTED they have been lying to customers and bypassing safety features to try and compete with jackal they aren’t safe anymore aren’t reliable they lie and don’t respond in customer service don’t use 034 any tune IE APR or jackal is better more reliable and you are getting better customer service too don’t waste time with them.

Ordered some gearbox bushes for my 135i and recieved quick email confirmation from them and then the part came literally the day after ordering. I'd definitely be using this company again.

Fantastic customer service. I was having trouble with the tune due to my own ignorance and emailed then for help. They got back to me very fast and walked me though what I needed to do. Extremely satisfied with the tune I purchased. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone.
