Poor Product Quality
Based on an article in the Wall Street Journal (Americans-will-do-anything-to-get-indian-mangoes), I ordered a case of 12 organic Alphonso mangoes from this company. Unfortunately, 11 out of 12 mangoes were damaged and uneatable on the inside. I sent the company pictures and asked them for some fair resolution. It has been a week since my email with pictures, and I haven't heard anything from them. I wouldn't buy any fruit from them again. The two stars are because the delivery was quick from placing an order to getting the mangoes. However, product quality was poor and customer support non-existent.
