I ordered about more than $100 mangoes and it came over ripe and it's rotten inside. I call them and he say call customer service support and they will sent you different mangoes. I sent emails months ago and NOTHING! Please do not order anything from them because they don't care about you at all.

Totally scummy company. I paid $59.99 for 2 day shipping because mangoes are perishable and there was an excessive heat warning. A week later, they shipped late in the day on a Wednesday. On Friday, I saw the UPS tracking info showed the package only arriving the next Monday, five days after shipment. Contacted them as soon as I saw the tracking, asking for a refund of the shipping price. Instead of agreeing to a refund for something that was clearly not provided, there was no apology, no attempt to make it right, but an irrelevant explanation and zero accountability: “Hello XXXXXX, The order was shipped on a Wednesday for a Friday delivery. The fruit is shipped when it is received- we make every effort to ship it earlier wherever possible.   With best regards, Jai.” They are such pieces of shit that they refused to refund a charge for a service they didn’t provide, knowing they can get the money back from UPS because it arrived late. Their response showed no concern whatsoever for their customer, and it’s laughable that they signed off “with best regards.” I ended up refusing delivery through UPS and had to file a chargeback with my credit card to get my money back.

We had a good experience in 2022 but later we ordered and they never sent any mango's. Spent $329.98 After hearing nothing, I emailed them and they said that my order was postponed due to harvest issues. They never contacted me and I had to email them. When I asked to cancel and a refund they stopped responding. I had to issue a charge-back and they still never responded.

Hundreds if dollars on 2 cases of Indian mangoes including a ridiculous fee for shipping. 5 black rotten mangoes and the rest over-ripe and spoilt when cut open ( 4 so far taking rotten count to 9). This service is a complete rip off and I would not advise using them, ever. No response (>24 hrs) to email complaint with photographs

Warning. Order was 3- weeks late. When mangoes arrived, all of them were rotten. I contacted customer service and included photos of all the rotten fruit, last week. They still have not bothered to respond.
