The products are great! Cant place orders by phone & your online website is not working. This is not the first time we have had this issue. There should be more than one way to place orders.

My order was sent to a random person at a random address 30 miles from where my salon is. I had to drive very far out of my way to go and pick it up. It was a disservice to the person who it was sent to, and it was certainly a waste of my time, especially during this very busy time of year.

The fragrance in this shampoo is a deal breaker, it is so offensively strong we had to return to store, I could not put this on my dog. After reading customer reviews online at many stores I'm not the only customer complaining about the fragrance. I've also read numerous websites that list products and many of them have the strong fragrance in the cons list for Zymox Shampoos. It would be great if Zymox could provide fragrance free versions of their products. Our vet wants us to use this shampoo on our dog who has Malassezia and we simply cannot due to the strong fragrance. Please give customers a choice.
