I bought a Gates Executive chair. Unless you are a bigger person that likes a lot of lumbar support, you may not want this chair. I'm 5'11" and 157 pounds, the lumbar support is too high on my back and a lot of lumbar curve. The employees admitted there is a lot of support and this chair is for a bigger person. They sent me a Stirling, it has two inches less lumbar support and I was going to send back the Gates. The seat on the Stirling only had two of the four holes drilled to attach the base so I could not put it together, there was two marks where the holes should have gone but no holes. This will be our last purchase from Zuri.

We also apologize for the issue with the Sterling exchange, as sometimes issues do get through our Quality Control process, but we show that you were offered a replacement of the second seat given the defect, and you chose to return it instead of taking the part. Recently bought a couple of furniture sets on Amazon thinking they were a great discount. A couple of days after I had already placed the order. They cancelled all the sets that I have ordered and just stated there was an error when I have placed the orders. They later relisted the same items for 3x the same price. What a joke of a company. Of course nobody reached out and tried to resolve or explain the issue as of writing this. Avoid this company at all costs, they are deceptive and terrible at communication. Judging from the previous reviews they will only take action and respond to these complaints once they see it to try to show that they are communicative ...

Ordered a complete office setup with the Quincy line. Order went through as "in stock, shipping in 2-3 days". Well, the desk was not in stock, and the order took 3 months to finally come in (credit card already charged BTW). White glove install, but I noticed something was missing. The desk!!!!! Called Zuri, called the installation house. Nobody knows where it is. The finish is not high quality, and the credenza piece does not match color with the rest of the set. Predrilled holes were misaligned, so the doors did not close properly. The install team had to redial them to get the doors aligned. Very unhappy with this outfit and this product. Stay away!!!

I was researching for an height adjustable bar stool because the ones I had were not adjustable and they were not tall enough. My shoulders hurt after I sat on it for a while using my laptop. This new one from Zuri is a beautiful red color and the max height is just what I need! So happy with this purchase!

Customer service was great from start to finish: they sent me leather samples, discussed the different styles with me and helped me place the order. They picked up when I called and answered my question about putting them together. Mostly though, they look great in my new kitchen, and my friends and family enjoy using them.
