Every piece was rapped and boxed well. The office chair is perfect to sit in. When you put the chair together, it all fits very tightly. Expect to use some muscle. the ROCKEFELLER LEATHER EXECUTIVE CHAIR chair is wonderful! the mechanism and support pieces are below standard! my tilt mechanism repeatedly failed. two betal bars connect the upper chair back to the mechanism. they just broke off suddenly. zuri has refused to make me whole. they wouldn't even sell me a replacement mechanism! i contacted their supplier, in china, zuri wouldn't even allow them to send me a replacement in their shipping container! i'm now stuck with an expensive chair with cheap, faulty mechanics! i would not buy this chair again!
