Warning on Playthrough - These are exirpts directly from support "The system will start using your bonus coins to fund bets once all your other coin balances have been used or withdrawn." "What happened was the system initially used your regular Surprise Coin balance. Whenever you won a prize, the winnings were credited as Withdrawable Coins, which were then automatically used to fund your subsequent bets." This last one is the kicker, meaning, ANY regular coins you win will be respun until you have NO COINS LEFT. Only then can you do 5 x play through on your bonus coins.

They will not pay out! Im verified and have been waiting for over five business days and they will not even look at my redemption, even though I get a hold of them every day. What a headache ache. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I'm willing to change my review if they fix my problem. Pretty simple, the other reviewers were right, they sent an email giving code for a DEAL. Once purchased I purchased it and won, they deactivated my account and kept everything. Obviously, if you lose then they'll send you another deal that sounds a bit too good to be true.

I love this site!! This is the best experience I’ve had with online casinos I recommend this site 100% quick redemptions too

The worst online casino they're customer support is straight buns they dont help at all and they send codes that dont even work!!! Spent all day to get it fixed and just bs answers instead of just fixing it

Account deactivated and $698.40 redemption refused without a specific explanation I had a $698.40 redemption pending with ZumbaCards after the funds had already satisfied the required playthrough. I also had an additional $100 purchase associated with my account. ZumbaCards then deactivated my account and sent me an email stating that they had detected “suspicious activity” and that, as a result, my $698.40 withdrawal request had been refused. What concerns me most is that they did not tell me what the alleged suspicious activity actually was. They did not identify a specific transaction, action, date, or rule that I supposedly violated. Instead, their email simply directed me to their general Terms and Conditions. I have now formally disputed the decision and asked ZumbaCards to identify the specific conduct they believe violated their rules, the specific provision they are relying upon to refuse my $698.40 redemption, and what they intend to do regarding the additional $100 purchase. I have no issue with a company closing an account if it no longer wants someone as a customer. My issue is refusing an already-played-through $698.40 redemption and withholding the value associated with another $100 purchase while providing nothing more specific than “suspicious activity.” I will update this review if ZumbaCards provides a substantive explanation or resolves the $798.40 currently in dispute. EDIT: Zumbacards has replied to my my review and stated that my said that my review is placed in the wrong place and and should be placed on play.zumbacards.com account instead of this account and yet play.zumbacards.com and zumbacards.com which is the address provided on this account on this page take you to the exact same website which is the same company so......I wish i could give this scam company lower than a one star review

This website is the most rigged sweeps coins site I have ever played on and ive pretty much used them all. I signed up and got the welcome package of 50$ get 50 and didn't hit but 2 spins out of the whole 100 playing a dollar a spin!!! But I was like hey maybe it was just a bad game let me deposit 50 more and see how that goes and the one good thing is they give you 125$ for another 50$ deposit and hey I was right i hit THREE spins out of the 125$ at a dollar a spin on 3 different games!!!! Statistically impossible unless the game is rigged against you!!!! Don't waste your money because it Will just be a donation. By far the worst sweeps site ive ever played one

Legit site. Cashed out.
