Account frozen after trying to redeem winnings
Be aware this company will take your winnings, if they are more than $1-200. I have Redeemed two times previously for $100 and $175. I won $400 and tried to redeem. A week later, they returned money and shut off my account for “suspicious activity”. No other explanation. I used same ACH I’ve used for previous two redemptions, so there is not any suspicious activity. I’m so sick of these casino apps that do this. I’ve had this happen in three other casino platforms and all did this when redeeming $300+ off of a $50 deposit. This is very shady business practice. This review if for my wife.
