ZUDOReviews of zudo.co

I received my ayat kursi tag necklace and it was delivered great, packaging was amazing the zudo box with small cotton material and inside it description of the meaning and everything. It’s a beautiful necklace well crafted on to the silver. The chain and the silver is good quality which lasts long and prevents it from damage as it says when buying it. It’s awesome, I think everyone should go on zudo website to check their jewelry, you won’t get it anywhere else it’s unique and meaningful, the website is unbelievable so much variety of incredible products and about the brand and their help towards charity etc. definitely recommend it to everyone. Zudo thanks and tc ,inshallah hope to buy soon ! Allahfiz 😍🙋‍♂️😊

I am based outside of the US in the UK and I was looking for an item that was no longer available (presumably out of stock) on the UK website. I reached out to the Zudo team to see whether I'd still be able to purchase this item. They responded so promptly, maintained extreme professionalism and assisted me very helpfully with my many queries. I had a busy week and was unavailable to answer my emails but they followed up to double check that the solution they found met my needs. They were so accommodating and I am very satisfied with their service. Please support this small business! I already own one of their pieces and am really pleased with it months on.

I am getting obsessed with every piece. Customer service is amazing and they respond promptly. Price reasonable too. I wear them all the time without any signs of color fading. Sarwat

ZUDO is such an amazing, high quality company with outstanding customer service! I’ve received and purchased plenty of their products and I can just say that they are beyond stunning! Nothing fades, rusts or tarnishes even after extended periods of time and the details are immaculate! Perfect gifts I might add! On top of this, their customer service and hospitality is always amazing. No matter what issue or concern they will always help you to the best of their ability! The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, never gave me an unenjoyable experience. Will 100% purchase and recommend to ALL. ZUDO gets a 10/10 for me :)

Ordered 2 rings but for my tiny fingers it wasn’t a good fit and I asked if it could exchanged with a ring I knew would fit. Zudo has done it yet again: a super quick customer service, quick response to send it out and to follow up!! Zudo team you’re awesome and you’ve done it again, thumbs up for this wonderful business

I bought a necklace for my little girl over a year ago but it got damaged so I emailed team Zudo. Not only was their response super quick but they also offered me a replacement under their guarantee too. I received the replacement super quick and couldnt have been more grateful! Team Zudos cstomer service is unbeatable and unmatched. They truely are the best! A business that actually deserves our support 100%!

I grew up in Canada, never able to find Islamic jewellery. The odd 10 karat gold necklace that might say Allah (swt) in Arabic would be well over $100. Your products are not only beautiful but their quality is amazing. The very rare time I had a problem with my necklace - customer service was exceptional! There truly is a guarantee behind these products and I did not have to jump through hoops to be helped.

Zudo’s products are of high quality and very durable. My 11 year old son loves wearing his Allah necklace and it has survived many football practices and games. We had one incident where it broke and I contacted Zudo and their customer service representative helped me out right away. They even did a follow up email when I didn’t respond right away. I am so happy with the customer service and will definitely be buying more products from them in the near future. You’ve earned a loyal customer.
