The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Zudo's owner, Ibrahim and his colleague Saad went above and beyond to find solutions to a problem we encountered. Not only did they work diligently to offer out of the box solutions, they did it with such kindness that it made you feel right at home at Zudo. The effort that they put in really reflects how much they value their customers and shows us how much they care about their customer experience. Could not recommend enough, for their quality products but even more so for their quality customer service.

ZUDO products are really awesome - but one thing that is even better than their products is their customer service! I bought my first Zudo piece for my mom (Ayatul Kursi cuff + personalized gold cuff) as a thank you gift. While waiting, we bought another similar piece of jewelry from another seller. When we got our Zudo jewelry, the quality was just top-notch compared to the ones we bought from another store!! Zudo has really good quality and meaningful pieces that won't break your bank. After a few orders, my husband and I decided to have our rings custom-made by Zudo for our renewal of vows for our 5 year anniversary. We especially loved that a portion of our order will go to Palestine. Throughout the custom-making process, the team was so helpful and even if we were communicating through email, i felt like they genuinely cared about how special we wanted our rings to be. We got the sizes wrong and they were so gracious to offer to re-do it for us. Such amazing customer service. Im writing this review to thank the team for being so patient and understanding. Alhamdulillah for brands like Zudo, for embodying the way of Islam in your business. PS. I ordered Ayatul Kursi necklaces from them and plan to give them to my daughters when they turn 18 (that's in 17 yrs) and I know theyll still look like new. Thats how much I trust this brand!

What a fantastic company! The customer service team is out of this world. They were willing to speak to me about getting an exchange and were so patient with me. They were very responsive and helped with all of my issues. I am so glad I bought jewelry from Zudo!

I’m ABSOLUTELY AMAZED by the customer service . I had purchased a few necklaces for my children about couple years ago . Unfortunately, one of my daughters necklace broke after it got caught in something. I contacted the ZUDO TEAM. They responded RIGHT AWAY. I sent them a picture of the broken necklace and next thing you know .. I received a BRAND NEW NECKLACE ….it was my daughter’s FAVORITE necklace to wear. I will ALWAYS buy my jewelry from them.. you can’t go wrong with them. BTW .. I’ve NEVER written a review. But their AMAZING customer service made me tell EVERYONE. Thank you team. ❤️
