I, too, don't understand the poor reviews. I've bought about 30 2nd hand CDs and had only 2 minor disappointments. One disc described as 'very good' had a serious scratch on it (which actually didn't affect playback so I kept it). My most recent purchase was a two disc set (also 'very good') which came without its accompanying booklet/libretto. I wrote to them and they replied within 12 hours to apologize, offering me either a full refund upon return or a £1 partial refund and I keep the discs (which had cost me only £6 anyway). I went with the latter.

Regular user and have found Zoverstocks to be well priced and good service.

I have shopped at Zoverstocks through amazon.co.uk many times. I have had no problems with Zonverstock and the times my item haven´t arrived, I have just contacted them and they have either refunded my money or send me a new product. Only negative I can say is, that some times when I have recieved and item, it has been a little broken in the casing due to poor protection in the package. But that is only a small issue.

I ordered 40 CDs and they all arrived in pretty good nick, can't really see where this can have been going wrong for other folks my transaction was as smooth as a baby's bum-bum.

Ordered from them (a lot) via Amazon. Always got my things, conditions as described. But as contacting their customer service: there is much improvement to be done...

They're usually on time with deliveries, and their prices are very attractive. Never had any issues with shipments not arriving.

A lot of these negative reviews refer back to December - might it not be that a lot of the responsibility lies with Royal Mail whose delivery service was absolutely shocking over that period. I know because I sent two recorded items via 1st class and one of them took TWELVE days to arrive, while the other more important one didn't arrive at all. It's true that zoverstocks should have responded to customer enquiries but i get the feeling the company isn't structured to answer individual queries. Like elitedigital on amazon, they offer a competent service so long as nothing puts a fly in the ointment - such as the aforesaid Royal Mail. As for the multiple feedback, people who have a good experience do tend to order in bulk, as their prices are often the cheapest.
