I ordered a disc through Zoverstocks Amazon Market Place. This was a cd of the stage show "Blues in the Night" in V.Good condition at the bargain price of 84p + £1.26 post = £2.10. A week later it didn't arrive. I queried it with Zoverstocks and they said give it a bit longer... Post delays .. Blah..blah. At this time I looked for another copy and saw that Zoverstocks were listing a copy of this self same cd, in the same, v.good condition, but now at a much higher price £4 +++ & £1.26 post. If this company offered fair to reasonable service I believe they should have sent me a replacement for this first Copy that was " lost in the post'. They simply refunded the £2.10. I did complain and suggest that they could have given better service, but to no avail. I believe that the first copy was never sent as they realised their price of 84p was TOO cheap. Avoid unless you want inferior service!!!

I ordered a disk from them, it turned up as expected but with a HUGE scratch round the outside of the disk which meant that it was unreadable. Very disappointing...

I ordered The Walking Dead season 2 a couple of days ago, arrived before the estimated delivery date. Great delivery just a shame that I received Season 3... Which I already have. Quite a poor mistake to make

Ordered from Amazon as these guys had a CD that I've been looking for for a long time (unsure why it's so rare in England). Was originally due on the 9th March, on the 10th it got pushed back to the 19th and today (20th) it finally came through. Excited that it had arrived I opened the package ready to play some great music... but instead of my HED Planet Earth 'Broke' CD, I found Go West 'Aces and Kings' best of Album... I'm sure it's a great CD, but it isn't what I ordered!

I ordered Daniel Johnston's CD "Yip/ Jump Music". The CD jacket was correct, but inside the case was a Memorex DV-R. I thought it was weird. I POPPED it into my car's state-of-the-art CD player, and my ears were greeted with what sounded like an electronic lute and some sort of plucked instrument. The lady singing sounded very pretty. I bet she was pretty in real life. But she was singing about wheat, and planting things to grow. What do I know from wheat? It was pleasant, but my brain feels different now.

Delivery didn't show up. All my attempts to contact zoverstocks have been ignored. I have contacted them three times over the last month. Play.com, which were hosting the sale, have tried to get them to contact me, but still silence. They are now tryign a second time. I have bought stuff from zoverstocks before and the items showed up as planned. With that in mind, I have no reason to doubt that they actually posted the order before withdrawing money from my credit card, so I don't think they're running a scam as such. I just think that they're very very bad at handling customer service. If this is caused by lack of talent or by lack of caring, I can not say. But I have bought my last item from zoverstocks, and I suggest that everybody else pay the extra coppers and deal with someone else.

After using zoverstocks many times I eventually gave up, to the point where I'll happily pay the extra 10p-50p to go to the next seller on the list. Problems usually centre around slow delivery, items not being in stock at all, or items not being as described (they list everything as 'very good' condition). Slow response to emails too. Avoid.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!
