I purchased 2 faux leather jackets ..the items sizes were extremely small.Not American sizes. I wear 42 L ..im not a big person 5'10 " 175 lbs...I offered to return them to get something my size and they refused... They will not exchange or refund...

Bought a flying eagle with lots of detail talons, on a perch with ballasts that move the wings. I got a tube with an poorly painted eagle head and twig feet . I can hold it on my hand. What a joke. Do not buy from zoraro. I paid $60 for something I would not have paid two dollars for. Rip off, what a joke.

I purchased 3 eagle wind chimes. Cost was $254 AUD. They arrived and looked nothing like the advertisement. There were no legs, feet, feathers, balled anchors or instructions. They were only 20 cm long instead of the length implied in the advertisement. There was no way to assemble them with missing parts, so I requested a full refund, quoting the ACCC fory reasons. They offered 10% or pay about $125 to return them for a full refund. I persevered with many emails and reasons and eventually got a 45% refund. So I'm still out of pocket with three useless items that look like they have come from a $2 shop. Do NOT buy from them.
