ZoomAroundReviews of zoomaround.com

Lori made your company and the rental very easy to achieve.

Everything about this booking was great! We used delivery and pickup service. The cart was exactly what our family needed to get around the island.

A-Z they are the best!

The golf cart was perfect and full of gas. ZoomAround was great to work with and very accommodating.

Renting a golf cart was an afterthought as we planned our stay in Nags Head so I called the day before we left. The employee who answered my call was so pleasant and helpful with my request. She made the process quick and enjoyable. They delivered the cart to our cottage as promised and the driver was extremely pleasant and professional. We used the cart to run errands, go to the beach, and going out for dinner. It is street legal which enables you to do all these things which enhances the vacation experience. After we returned home I realized that l had left my prescription sunglasses in the cart. I immediately called their office and spoke with Delaney. My profession centered around customer service so I am keenly aware of the importance of good customer service and this employee was SUPERB! You would have thought it was her fault I left my glasses the way she empathized with me. She initially shared the office address with me assuming I was still in Nags Head and could simply pick them up. When I shared I was already home she assured me that she would personally make sure my glasses were sent to me. Her comment was “I live near the post office so I will get them shipped to you tomorrow”. As it turned out the next day was a holiday so she took the time to contact me to say “I completely forgot today is a holiday but I’ll be sure to get your glasses shipped out tomorrow”. The next day she contacted me once again to say she shipped the glasses and they would be in my mailbox on Thursday. She also sent me a picture of the $8 receipt with a tracking number and told me they were covering the cost! Absolutely outstanding customer service! I will definitely use them again and I will encourage everyone I know vacationing in Nags Head to rent a street legal golf cart from ZoomAround.

Customer service was very good.

Thank you very much, you've been extremely helpful. We are new owners in Corolla and have been looking for a good place to rent from. You've made it very easy on short notice. We will absolutely use you again in the near future.👍
