Golf cart was very nice and in great condition. The problem was the cart would not stay at a top speed. It old slow way down and then speed up again.

For some reason the site won’t let me pick 5 stars The best. Wouldn’t rent from any other company. Delivered a clean cart on time. Delivery guy was awesome.

Great experience from start to finish with the 4 person golf cart. Great customer service from begin of trip to the end at pick up. We will rent from zoom around again.

We had so much fun zipping around town in this golf cart! We had a few issues like a broken seatbelt, only a 40% charge on arrival and trouble charging but after speaking with a manager, the repairman (I believe his name was Tom) came out to help with these. He could not have been kinder or more apologetic. He got us up and running in no time and we went on having fun. The rest of our rental period was great and Kathy, the manager, so extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely rent again from this company.

The drop off and pickup service was a nice convenience. No getting gas and driving somewhere to drop it off. Was puzzled by the reservation agent who was trying to talk me out of getting an electric cart. Saying that most homes don’t have electric outlets that can charge the battery. Really??!

Met my expectations

The cart was delivered on time and looked brand new but didn't run right, I don't think it went over 15 mph and the steering mechanism was very loose. Going so slow in traffic on siesta key is dangerous, I was always having to get out of the way to let cars pass. I rented one last year and the year before and that wasn't the case. I was disappointed with this year's cart.
