ZonkoReviews of zonko.com

Why didn't I read the Trustpilot reviews before I played. Not smart. This is a confusing online casino with a lot of offers popping up making you think you will receive free bonus spins or extra sweeps coins....you don't. It sucked the $75 I had down in a very quick amount of time. I try all new casinos, money is not a thing but this casino was misleading during purchases. It was not fun at all because of the take, take, take..no give. Don't waste your money. Like my money today..this casino will not be around long.

Casino stated that there is a 72 hour wait period for your redemption. No worries. I get past the 72 hour window, receive the email saying my redemption has been successfully processed, go to check the card I had sent my redemption to and there’s nothing, No transactions. So I go to check if maybe it was credited back to my Zonko account… nope. Gone and getting ahold of support is impossible.

I won a community jackpot for some money 2 weeks ago and still haven’t seen a dime of my winnings. Support takes about 24 hours to respond to a single email so it also is not easy to communicate this with the casino. The first time I put a redemption through I was told my bank denied it but after calling my bank they told me there was never a deposit to my account. Now on my second attempt and it’s again processed and never reached me. I will update this review if I ever actually get the money that is owed to me.

I paid $25 for my first purchase promo for 76 sc and I only got $5. I can not get customer service to return my emails Scam!!!!

I reached out to customer support about closing my account and they reached back out suggesting to place a purchase limit instead. I don’t understand how in other reputable sites they have no issue closing your account upon request but here they try to keep you on the hook. Especially dealing with the long wait because you can’t close your account on the site, you have to email them and wait for days for them to reply.

They don't respond to emails.

This site is a scam. I went through $70 with not one win on two differnt games.

Support not responding to emails 🤷🏼‍♀️
