Good, but they won't increase the credit limit. Moreover using zolve won't increase the credit score much.

I had some me fraudulent transactions on my Zolve credit card while I was travelling outside US. Zolve resolved it and provided me a new credit card within a month. Great online customer service.

This is based upon my experience of 3 months of using Zolve (that's the reason I have given it a 4 star instead of a 5 now and if there are no further problems I may come back re-edit this review with updates to make it 5) . First off, as a starting bank account in the US, Zolve was the one and only banking solution which I found where I could easily open a checking account after arriving from India, while my SSN was under process and I desperately needed a bank account for my employer to process my US salary. The ease of opening the account combined with the basic documentation became a boon for starting off in the US and this is truly a strong point of Zolve. Secondly, they can provide a physical Debit and Credit card which helps with starting off on your expenses and your credit journey. Note: Before providing the Credit card they will pull the credit record you are maintaining in India and then provide a suitable starting limit based on that so if you have a good credit score you should receive a better or higher limit. I was able to get a good limit and was able to start using their card with limit and merchant setup done from the first day. Thirdly, their funds transfer feature to bank accounts back in India is a sure and reliable way to transfer so far from what I have seen with the fastest turnaround over other solutions with better rates. They use TransferWise for the conversion and transfer and so far amongst the transfer apps Zolve provides the best and most competitive rates for transfer combined with the fastest transfer speeds (first time setup excluded). The first time setup for the transfer takes around 3-4 days to establish the link with the bank and post that it's quick. All good and rosy so far, now heres one of the bits some people may find concerning. The Bank behind the App: Zolve is a Fintech solution (similar to Jupiter back in India for those familiar) which is its own entity but there is a bank that it's tied to which is actually providing the banking services like the checking account, credit, Debit cards etc. and that bank is Community Federal Savings Bank. Now, if anyone searched on the history of this bank they will notice it hasn't had the best track record and has even received a ceise and desist notice from FDIC in the past though they have moved past that and appear to be now functioning much better. The account one gets is FDIC insured so there is less chance that your money will disappear if something does go wrong. Their Credit Card closing service: What would you do if you need to close your credit card at some point? Since Zolve is a Fintech solution there is no bank you can go to and I am not sure how CFSB would directly handle if you went to them. Based upon what they have mentioned in their site it appears you need to drop an email to their customer care for the closure and they should take care of it. There is a closing fee applicable. These are two of the things which concerned me but based upon my experience so far with the Zolve and their CFSB products, there have been no issues and they are providing robust service in the best way possible. If you are someone who has recently arrived in the US and are struggling to open a bank account owing to requirements like SSN or a permanent address as soon as you arrive to open your account Zolve is definitely a solution I can recommend at this time. As I understand it's also possible to setup your Zolve account from India before arriving to the US but that's if you are aware and have necessary Visa, travel and identity documentation. Disclaimer: The opinion above is solely my own based upon my experience and like every sweet story make sure to do your own research and take anything that's being said with a pinch of salt cause not every negative scenario can be covered or is experience by everyone.

Credit card soon after landing in USA.

Zolve credit card is excellent! Pros: I got my Zolve credit card after I landed in the USA and the process is pretty simple and the card is provided without a US credit score.Great rewards and excellent support and quick turn around on solving the customer issues Zolve checking Account : Pros: Your dependents also can have an USA bank account without SSN and authorization of work before landing into USA. Cons: USA entities or companies like Transunion not recognizing the zolve statement as address proof where as other US bank account statements are accepting. Zolve team has to work/focus more on this, I thought of adding zolve to my payroll but dropped due to this limitation. Matrix SIM with Zolve account: Only Cons: Its very worst service not sure why and how zolve has tied up with matrix telecom guys. Bad Network, without gps/maps it is tough to move here and there here no one knows including matrix team when they lost signal and when it will restore, if you want to connect to Matrix network/support team they only work or helps in IST time it is ridiculous and crazy. I thought it would be my permanent USA number and have included in all services like utilities, Internet, Payroll and banks. Due to the network issues thought of switching to other network and there is no port option when we connect no response from matrix team on this ,so you need to buy new connection or sim here and have to update in all places where you provided number . These guys charges like any thing we can get many options with less price here in USA

Hey Shekhar, thanks for bumping this up. Your issue will shortly be resolved as we will soon be reporting to Transunion. For network issues with your SIM card, please get in touch with Matrix for assistance.
