ZolaReviews of zola.com

Wish i could put 0 stars. After buying from zola and everything arriving cheap quality I decided to return as on website they state easy returns. Instead of making it easy they have back and forth emailed me about getting 10% voucher instead of returning hundreds of pounds of clothes or alternatively most recent email has stated: “I understand that you are considering returning the product, and we respect your decision. Before you proceed with the return process, I would like to provide you with some additional information that may assist you in making an informed choice: Return Costs: If you decide to send the product back to our warehouse in China, please note that return shipping may incur a charge of 25-35 Euro. We would like to inform you that, as we have experienced a significant number of lost packages when using their services in the past, which further means that if the package is not returned we cannot provide you with a refund. I understand that you are considering returning the product, and we respect your decision. Import Costs: Kindly bear in mind the potential for import costs upon return, which could amount to approximately 35% of your total order value. Any such charges that arise would be your responsibility. Risk and Responsibility: It is important to note that the responsibility and risk associated with returning the item lie with you, as per our site's policy – "The risk of sending is for the customer itself." We understand that handling returns can be a cumbersome process, and we are committed to making it as seamless as possible for you. As a gesture of goodwill, we are pleased to offer you a 25% partial refund on your purchase. The best part? You are welcome to keep the item! However if you decide to return the products please use the following address: Shenzhen HST Electronics Co., Ltd. Address: 5th Floor, Building 8, Zhengzhong Industrial Zone, Tangxin Road, Fuhai Street, Bao'an District City: Shenzhen Zip Code: 518100 Province: Guangdong Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out.”

I ordered 2 jumpers M & L for size when they eventually arrived they were both to small not true to size, poor quality and they were nothing like the picture. They say easy returns!!! Not the case I have been informed the not only will I have pay P&P but there will be import tax to pay and parcels frequently go missing in which case they not refund. You take a chance that they are delivered or end up with the cost of the goods, P&P which they say is £25-£30 and import tax!!! I have offered a refund of 10%, 20%,30%and now 40% this seems to be there limit. I wish I had read the reviews but as they were on Pintrest more fool me I thought they were OK. Beware do not buy from this company!!!

SCAM - FRADULENT SELLING PRACTICE This company advertised a pair of shoes, but send a product which is not the same or as good quality. When raising a request to return the product, they are based in China not UK and want the customer to send back at own cost. Steer clear. I reported Zola to my credit card company now.

I quite agree with the other reviews. I did not receive the dress which I had ordered, it arrived in a plastic bag with no senders details or receipt. The dress was made from 95% polyester and 5% elastine. A far cry from the pretty pale peach loose floral design on their website. I received a heinous multi floral dress in eye sore bright pinks. Poor quality and although I had measured and ordered accordingly the dress was tight. Mia from their customer services offered a 10% discount as a return would have to be sent to Asia. I’m not foolish…. I would never give my banking details . The name Zola of London tries to bluff one that they are locally based … come on! This is obviously a scam. Stay away from this store flaunting a London based name.

Ordered a pair of shoes that arrived in a plastic bag. Creased at the front and very poor quality. They look cheap and are not worth the money paid. Also look nothing like the photo advertised. I would avoid at all costs. Very misleading using London as their name when they’re based in China !

well you have to use one star ,to be able to write your review. DISGUSTING .my order came today PLAIN KNIT JUMPER REDUCED half price ..cost me £32 OMG ABSOLUTERLY RUBBISH ., not a label of any description on it ,,company name, size ect its classed as luxury item ..thats a laugh . the wool is the same as i learned to knit dish clothes with at school ,wished i had read the reviews stupid me AND TO TOP IT ALL IVE SEEN THE EXACT SAME JUMPER ADVERTISED AT TEMU ,,FOR £1/45,.TO TELL THE TRUTH IT ASNT EVEN WORTH THAT .AND IM NOT KIDDING .

Also comes under Zola London. Not sure how they are getting away with it but they are! Good reviews which are not genuine and crap quality items you receive. No customer service and no money back. Avoid at all costs!

⚠️ WARNING ~ SCAM COMPANY ~ Based in CHINA not in London or Netherlands. 🔴 Read other reviews before using them. You will loose your money. Pinterest is enabling them.
