Artfully designed, good weight, and solid construction. I used to devise ways to hide my old plastic drainer after use - no more! The Zojila dish drain looks great naked, or piled high while it drains water delicately into the sink. Best part? A actual person that reeeally knows the product promptly answered my emailed questions - not an outsourced corporate customer service center, and not a computer.

Our dish rack so a piece of art. And very solidly made. I appreciated that while it was backordered, Zojila stayed on top of updating the expected replenishment date. Shipping was quick, directions were clear, and I will definitely keep them in mind when shopping for home goods.

I’ve only had it for a few days, but I can already tell: heavy gauge stainless will not bend, very clean welds, perfect tolerances between rack and base & sits perfectly flat. My questions were answered promptly and professionally via email - impeccable customer service. The only question I can’t answer is about rust, but I have yet to see rust on any stainless I’ve ever used in my kitchen (there’s lots) so I’m not concerned. Excellent product!! Sure it’s a premium price, but that’s what you pay for a premium product that will last many, many years. Oh and of course the design looks better than anything else out there and it’s plumb simple to clean.

Best dish rack ever!

Best dish drying rack ever. I love it so much. Looks nice, well built, dishes are never toppling over each other on it.

Fast shipping. Stunning drainboard. I measured the space as indicated by the website and ordered the standard long end orientation as suggested on the website, but in the space, that was very crowded at the end of sink and I realized that the more unusual short end orientation would be far less cluttered and fit much better - as well as better show off the design. It was easy to facilitate a quick exchange. Great customer service and a wonderful product.

I purchased the long side drying dish rack. It’s perfect for my kitchen, very well made, it’s solid and seems like it was made with lots of thought. The ordering process was so easy and shipping was fast. I love it and know I’ll enjoy it for many years.

I love my new dish rack! It's just right — not too big and not too small, stylish without being pretentious, and very effective at keeping water dripping into my over-mounted sink, instead of all over the counter. I needed it in a hurry and they managed to find one and ship it to me with plenty of time to spare. Great product from a great company!
