Can't give no stars iam a single disabled mum and really struggling this Christmas all my daughter has asked for is a computer chair ordered from this site as it all seamed legit as there had ppl in the comments with pictures of it in there house saying thanku I ordered on the 8th November and emailed them twice with no response iam so angry I fell for this and I have now no money to get my little girl the present she deserves as she is my young carer and helps me no end

Ordered an advent calendar in october. I've sent 4 emails and only gotten a response from the first one where they said it would be shipped within 3-5 business days... after that they've been silent. Damn facebook for letting them advertise. Oh and to the person behind this: have a horrible christmas

I’ve been scammed I ordered a Christmas tree a month ago and I didn’t reactive anything! Absolutely horrible ! Not impressed

If there was a negative star I would have rated them that. I was stupid to believe it but I kept seeing all the ads for the Wild Thing ride on toy advertising on Facebook. I believed the reviews from the people who “bought “ this toy, and went ahead and paid for one. I received a receipt from them and a tracking number. About a week or so after the purchase I sent them an email asking about the item. They actually sent me a message back with a tracking number and 17TRACK site for tracking. 17TRACK is legit and I was able to track it. December 2, 2022 I received a message saying that it was delivered. Unfortunately not to me. It was delivered to Reno Nevada, I live in California. I have sent emails to them and have reported them to BBB and other authorities as fraud. Thank goodness I have a great Bank that I filed a fraud claim with and I received a refund. But I am going to keep on bugging Zmastermine every day a couple times a day asking where my item is and letting them know that they have been reported to authorities and I won’t go away until I get what I paid for.

ONE MONTH after ordering still no suitcase and zero response to my numerous emails. Definite SCAM! Disputed the charge with my bank.

I ordered the xmas advant calender over a month now..they took my $ but still haven't received it...I emailed like 5 times...they response was there was technical issues...I'm sure not going to get it...sad ppl they are...they sure not going to get far...good luck guys

I ORDERED A CHRISTMAS TREE FROM THIS CIMPANY ON NOV 5TH OF THIS YEAR EVERY TIME I LOOK UP MY ORDER # IT SAYS NO VALID ORDER HOWEVER THEY DID TAKE MY $55.00 I NEW IT WAS PROBABLY TO GOOD TO BE TRUE AND IT WAS I'M ON A FIXED INCOME THIS TOOK SOME GIFTS AWAY FROM MY FAMILY
