Biggest Scam. I ordered a product in November. Apparently it was shipped to BC. I live in Ontario. After numerous requests for a refund all I get told us it has been reshipped. All lies. Nothing but Con artists. Do not order anything from them. I have a lawyer now.

This company is a fraud/bogus! Negative 5stars would be appropriate! Ordered a suitcase in November off Facebook Ad, it’s now March 11. Nothing takes this long if one actually sent shipment! I receives shipment from China/around the world all the time and it never this long! Most are less than a week! SCAMM ALLERT!!!!

I wish there was a ways to give this a negative 10 stars, ordered in November and have not received my purchase, after reading some of the reviews I feel like the scammers were active in November, shame on them. I emailed several times and their answer to me is that my merchandise is in stock and it should be shipped in 5 to 7 business days and I should receive it within 10 to 15 days, will email me the tracking # after it’s shipped. Please do not buy anything from them.

An absolute disgrace, ordered in early Nov now March, continuously used the excuse that my parcel must have been lost or stolen in transit after allegedly sending to me three times. At one stage asked me to pick up from post office in the north of England, I live in Devon! They do not give refunds! Why on earth is this company allowed to advertise on line. Do not purchase from them. Going by the amount of complaints, why are this company still advertising and conning innocent people!!!

I ordered two mechanical deer for Christmas gifts back in December. I did not receive them. With the tracking number they provided, I learned they were shipped to some address in New York. I live in Texas. I have also not received the refund.

Scam scam scam. Ordered in Nov never recieved delivered 200 miles away apparently. Re sent order. But there email address support(at)zmasterminepte.com it's no longer valid. No refund. No good. Over 80 emails sent unable to get a refund as paid by debit card not credit card. Please do not use them they are a scam company and do not care
